Gardener’s Choice is 12x24 inches and painted with heavy body acrylics on a deep1.5 inch canvas. This piece was born out of grief when my father passed away in June 2022 due to complications of severe dementia. My father was an avid gardener in his healthy years, and in every house we lived in as I grew up, the garden was always the beautiful focal point. His love of nature inspired not only this piece, but its sister called The Bright Side, which utilizes a similar color scheme.
